There are 2 roommates, one who lives in the master suite with their own bathroom, and another who you would share the second bathroom with. Cherries on top: in unit laundry, massive private terrace, and a very friendly golden retriever belonging to a roommate. The building has a beautiful gym (includes a yoga studio, squash court, and half basketball court), 24 hour doormen, and rooftop with grills. 5 minute walk from the N, W, E, M, 7, and G, 20 minutes max to anywhere in midtown. There's a grocery store in the building, a pharmacy down the street, and lots of great restaurants nearby. Sublet is available from May 14th through August 31st, though dates can be flexible.
