Why are you looking for a renter? My roommates moved out and I'm looking for someone to replace him! The rooms are the same size in the apartment, which can easily fit a queen sized bed plus a desk and other furniture. The rent is $1,250 (Utilities included, Heat & Hot watrer included + FiOS internet included). The apartment is located in East Flatbush/Crown Heights and is a 7 minute walk to either the Crown Heights Utica ave 4/3 Train station or the Sutter Ave 3 train station. Either method of transportation will get you into Manhattan within 20 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, convenient stores, hardware stores and grocery stores within walking distance. Building amenities include: - Driveway - Rooftop - Bike storage - Free WiFi throughout the building About me: I am 28 yrs old. I'm clean, respectful of space and noise, and friendly.
