Why are you looking for a renter? It’s over on a 101st and 1st and rent is 1200 a month which includes all utilities and WiFi. My room has a full size bed, a closet, a window with a view Harlem and the east river and a 32” TV with an amazon fire stick with Netflix and all that jazz. My other roommates are subletting their rooms as well so they’ll be other people here as well. The apartment it’s self has one and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen.
