Why are you looking for a renter? I’m trying to move in with a friend that I've been hanging out with who has a cheaper place. What do you love about this place? The location is fantastic and the gym is a nice touch. There's also a recording studio and dance studio for any musically inclined folks. People are very friendly around the building as well. What isn't so great about this place? The roommate is a music producer and sometimes keeps odd hours. The outside area sometimes smells of smoke.
