Entire place in Tarzana, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Subletting my entire, private studio apartment! Perfect for solo living or a couple. Pet friendly (no additional deposit or pet rent!), onsite laundry, gated/assigned tandem parking spot, pools/grills, large patio, hardwood floors, lots of storage space, AC, quiet/secure community, and responsive maintenance team! Microwave and fridge come with the place but all of my furniture is up for grabs too. Apartment is available early/mid-May through the end of July (flexible move in/out dates, can go through August as well). My dog and I have loved living here, but I am moving out of town! Please share and DM me for further details! What do you love about this place? I love how private and quiet it is. It's nice to be able to have my dog here with me! The maintenance team always fixes things quickly for me and everyone here pretty much keeps to themselves. What isn't so great about this place? Sometimes the clicker for the gate is tricky, and when it rains there's big puddles.
