Entire place in New York, NY

Due to the coronavirus situation, looking for someone to sublet or take over my lease from July 1st through October 1st (start date flexible) with option to re-sign afterwards. The apartment is a private studio on the 3rd floor. Electricity and gas not included, and runs about $60 a month. Feel free to message, I'm happy to answer any questions! Pros: Great subway options! The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the 7, and 10 minutes from the ACE and 123 at Penn Station. Between those two you can transfer easily to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn. For daily necessities there's a Duane Reade right around the corner and a grocery store on 35th St., as well as a laundromat down the street on 9th Ave. Conveniently, a host of dining options is just across the street from the laundromat, my go to being an amazing Korean Fried Chicken place. If you're willing to take a 15 minute walk Hell's Kitchen has a great selection as well! Cons: No elevator, but the flights are short and this hasn't been a problem.
