Secure building. Approximately 400 sq ft - high ceilings, a full bathroom (with tub), and a full kitchen (with fridge). Building is a charming 1920s structure in a quiet, residential area of Hollywood- close to the 101, 110, 5, and 2 freeways. This is an UNFURNISHED sublet, but does come with a reserved parking spot in the building's small, outdoor lot. A pet will be welcome based on size and may require a separate (refundable) pet deposit. If a July move-in is preferred, let's discuss!
