Why are you looking for a renter? My husband and I leaving town for the winter and are looking for someone to rent our BK furnished apartment while we are out west from end of December thru the end of March. If we decide to move, you have the option to renew the lease. Please note with parking the actual rent is $3800/mo not including utilities, ~$4k with utilities. We are offering it at a discount due to cat care. You will also have use of our leased spot in the parking garage including outlet for electric cars and remote for garage door. IMPORTANT: Must love cats! Two very friendly cats - Tony and Das E. - live in this apartment and will be under your care while you sublease (see photos). We'll arrange for a cleaner to come once every month to do a general clean of apartment and litter boxes, including changing the bed sheets. You will need to take basic care of cats like feeding / providing water twice a day, scooping litter regularly, and giving them lots of love. They are very affectionate little nuggets and we want to make sure that the person who stays in our home is kind, loving, and respectful! What do you love about this place?
