Private room in Hoover - Foster, CA

Hey I'm renting out a room in a renovated apartment. The room is big and comes with a full sized bed, 40 inch smart tv and couch. The closet is a good size as well. You have a back door entrance as well that leads to the kitchen on the right and your room on the left. The only extra work is that you have to have your info (stubbs etc) checked by the management company, that shouldn't be to big of an issue since I am already on the lease.
