Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I teach meditation and yoga and this economy has made business more challenging. I can no longer afford this place. I am offering it $300/mo below my rent. The LL is also open to extending the lease. What do you love about this place? The apartment has high ceilings and faces the back of the building so it's quiet and stays cool in the summer. It's one avenue away from Carl Schurz park and the east river promenade - my favorite hidden gems in the city. It has FOUR closets - 2 giant hallway closets, a bedroom closet and a linen closet. It's pet friendly and the building offers a discount to the NY Health and Racquet Club. There is a laundromat directly under the building. The Q train is an 8 min walk, Crosstown 79 bus is 5 min away and the M31 bus stops in front of our door. **Photos show couch and custom armoire available for living room. I would remove ALL Clothes from closets, just wanted you to get a sense of their size** What isn't so great about this place? My apartment overlooks a patio garden but we don't have access :-( Mostly the neighbors are quiet but if they're on the patio playing Old Town Road on repeat, you'll know it.
