Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Loft 1 bedroom apartment with balcony and 25 foot ceilings. Building amenities include a new gym and residents lounge. The apartment is on the back of the building so very quiet. I'm moving out of the city and ideally looking for someone to take over my furniture (Room and Board sectional sofa, 46" TV, queen bed/mattress, outdoor furniture, coffee tables, chest of drawers - see pictures). What do you love about this place? High ceilings, balcony and location a block away from Gramercy Park!!! What isn't so great about this place? Not much... come and take a look for yourself!
