Entire place in Eastside, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I recently accepted a new job and I'm moving into a apartment closer to my work. I'm helping my current landlord advertise this unit since I'm moving out before my original lease was up. What do you love about this place? Hardwood floors, pre-wired for WIFI, new paint throughout the whole unit. Carpet floor in bedroom. Very large closet. Many windows, good lighting. What isn't so great about this place? No reserved parking, so you have to park on the street nearby. The landlord does offer a garage space for an additional fee but they were all taken as of November 2018 (some may be available now).
