Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am relocating outside of New York City for work. What do you love about this place? This unit feels very spacious for a studio. Lots of natural light during the daytime. The kitchen is gorgeous and was redone right before I moved in. The medicine cabinet, vanity, and shower head were also put in right before I moved in. Two closets, one very spacious with hanging rod for clothing and one linen closet with great storage space. Easy walk to the 6 train, Q train, and Central Park. What isn't so great about this place? There's nothing bad about this place, truly. Just be a good neighbor and mind your noise level at all hours!
