Hey All! Looking for someone amazing for our last sublet! The Space: Large, sun-drenched room with MASSIVE PRIVATE BALCONY. Fully furnished with full bed, canopy, small computer desk, dresser with wicker baskets, and plenty of storage in the apartment for your things. Room is located at the opposite end of the apartment away from other rooms, so privacy isn't an issue. The balcony makes the already large room feel like a separate wing of the building, all unto itself. We even have our own washer and dryer! Our apartment is spacious 4 bedroom/2 BATHROOM pre-war apt with lots of privacy (pictures only show your side of the apartment). Common areas include updated kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Centrally located. On the same block as the Bedstuy YMCA, in between 2 great grocery stores, and 5 minutes from the A/C/G trains. On the corner of the B44 SELECT Bus Service in both directions. $1000/mo. March 1st move-in. Prefer people who can commit to up to 8 months (not a complete deal breaker for the right person). Security is reduced! I'm a writer and musician. I'm light-hearted and action oriented. I recently moved to Berlin leaving some great roommies so *looking for someone who gels well with them*. All my roommates are in the arts/marketing and are respectful, down to earth people. We are all hardworking, tend to socialize outside of the home and see the apartment as a space for decompressing after a long day. We have no pets, rotate responsibilities regarding cleaning on a weekly basis and are looking for someone who easily fits into our peaceful atmosphere. Who are you? You are a kind, responsible and respectful person. You, like us, see the home as a place to recharge and would rather go out than bring the party home. If/when you smoke you do so outside. You're on top of cleaning when it's your turn, are immediate when things require your attention, and won't be adverse to communicating with roommates about house responsibilities.
