This is a great room, and an AMAZING deal for the price. It's in a 5-bedroom house but the house is spread out so everyone has space to themselves. Shared living room with a TV, shared bathroom and kitchen. The room can be furnished with queen-sized bed and desk, or unfurnished. What do you love about this place? House has central air, in-unit washer/dryer, parking, and chill roommates. Landlord is very responsive and lives a few blocks away. Housekeeper comes once a week to clean. The location is great -- easy access to USC and the shops and grocery stores near campus, plus very close to downtown for ordering delivery from trendy restaurants. Walking distance to a Ralphs, Starbucks, and Food4Less, as well as the Expo Line. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly, no major complaints. Fireworks have been going off a lot since May, which is getting pretty annoying...
