The bedroom is large (13x17), with plenty of room for a king-sized bed and night tables on either side. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is partially open, looking onto the living room. The bedroom has a large, windowed storage space that can be used as an office or to store bikes, golf clubs, or other bulky items. The apartment has plenty of closet space - 2 full-sized closets in the bedroom, and 3 full-sized closets in the hallway. Building amenities include: doorman, concierge, rooftop deck, laundry, 24-hour maintenance, and valet What isn't so great about this place? The front entrance is currently under renovation. Construction should be complete in a few months, but for the time being, tenants are required to use the back entrance.
