Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to move into my gorgeous studio apartment in Chelsea as I am moving ahead of the end of my lease. What do you love about this place? Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, TWO closets, brand new AC (not in photos) installed in September, hardwood floors, non-working fireplace, PRIME LOCATION! Less than a block away from the F and M trains, laundry in basement, otherwise laundromat and dry cleaners within a block. The building's super is responsive and courteous. Dog-friendly building with a community feeling as there are only a few of us in this building! What isn't so great about this place? Dog-friendly building, so will hear barking occasionally. Is on the ground floor and I have been woken up a few times by people on the street yelling.
