Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? It's the end of my lease and I will be available for the summer months so need to rent it (can be furnished) all of July and August. What do you love about this place? It's super convenient to Q and 6 trains and up just one flight of stairs. Apartment is in good condition and has everything needed. What isn’t so great about this place? It's an older walkup building and does not have washer/dryer in the building. But drop off is located just next door.
