Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving to Vermont due to job transfer. What do you love about this place? Wood floors, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, laundry in the building. There are 2 huge closets, one is in a separate hallway/dressing area that leads to the bathroom. Large enough for a sectional couch and a queen sized bed. All utilities including electricity are included in the rent, only thing you will need to pay for is cable/internet if you want it. Walking distance to the 2/3 express trains or the B/C trains. Lobby is being renovated now with a package room (24 hour access through a digital doorman), pet wash room, will be complete by October (the lobby photos attached are from another building in the complex that is finished with renovations). Apartments in our building are already renting for $100-200 more by the landlord. Building is pet friendly, up to 2 pets with no deposit or pet rent. Only 1 month rent and 1 month security to move-in. Assigned off-street parking is available for $225 a month. Approval by landlord is required, but they have reasonable credit requirements. No broker fee. We are moving our stuff 8/15, will be available to view then and for move-in 9/1.
