Entire place in Chinatown, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Due to COVID-19 and being laid off of work maintaining rent here has been a financial burden I can no longer handle. What do you love about this place? I've been living in this unit for 3 years and I'm heartbroken that I'll have to move. This place is 735 square feet with a huge living area, furnished balcony, stainless steel appliances, great cabinet and counter space and huge bedroom and bathroom and walk-in closet. I also have full sized stackable washer/dryer in unit and a nice size closet in the living/dining area. In the living/dining area I have a dining table with chairs, 2 bar chairs at the breakfast bar, a sectional and writing desk/complete office setup in there. When I say this space is huge I'm not making it up. And to top it off, this unit comes with 2 assigned parking spaces right next to the elevator! What isn't so great about this place? The resident services team can be lacking in responsiveness and often I have to walk over there to get things done. Also, the doorman/security won't allow deliveries up to your unit so you will have to go to the lobby to meet them.
