I'm a 35 year old business owner and have been living in this NYC Walk-Up apartment for the past few years.  I WILL BE MOVING OUT and am searching for MY replacement to live with my current roommate (female, 25, and awesome). It's a nice size apartment with affordable rent and an awesome location in the heart of Times Square. **The bedroom includes the closet and an air conditioner** • Friendly • Hospitable • Warm • Trustworthy • Reliable • Male or Female(preferable)  Rent --  $1,300 a month plus utilities Internet per person - $35 Utilities per person -- ranges between $60 - $100 **Security Deposit ($1,300), Last Month Rent ($1,300) WOULD BE REQUIRED UPFRONT**  The lease would ‪start on November 1st, 2019‬ and would be MONTH-TO-MONTH (preferably 6 month+ commitment) If you fit these qualities, please reach out to me.
