Why are you looking for a renter? We are having a roommate move out and need to find someone to sublease the room for a month. What do you love about this place? ABOUT THE HOUSE: 5 bedroom house - with large sized rooms 4 roomies + 1guest room - It's nice having a guest room for friends to crash if needed! Deck and shared backyard (pictures attached) - Seriously, the view is amazing and one of our favorite things about the house! You get an awesome view of the SF skyline. Washer and dryer in unit - YESSS!!!!! Large common areas - sometimes we pull out the projector to watch movies or tv. Great neighborhood and location - close to Lyon Street Steps, a 5 min Uber ride to the Marina, a 10 min Uber ride to the STRO (Castro), yummy coffee shops nearby, pretty dang good Mexican hole in the walls, can't forget being in walking distance to Traders etc Amazing access to the 38, 2 or 1 (public transportation) Available street parking (garage also available for additional costs) LGTBQ+ friendly 1 bathroom - Surprisingly this hasn't been in an issue in the past few years we've lived together. We stick to a morning scheduled during the weekdays and generally we're all pretty busy so it's rare we are all in the house together.
