Private room in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving out of state and looking for someone to take over my share of the apartment. I don't plan on moving back anytime soon, so if you like the place you should be able to keep it! What do you love about this place? The apartment is within two blocks of the 2/3 trains and Whole Foods, and is walking distance to the A/C, B/D, 4/5/6, and the Metro North on 125th. There's a bunch of restaurants, shopping, and Harlem landmarks in the area. The apartment is a sunny 4th floor walk-up in a row of older brownstones that are the backdrop for tourists' photos and the occasional movie. The landlord has an apartment on the first two floors and runs a small IT business out of the 3rd floor (and lets you use his wifi). There are almost always people around weekdays to accept packages and so on, and the building tends to be very quiet after business hours. There is a caretaker on the garden level who helps out with trash and recycling. I've done my best to take pictures of everything, but the apartment has a spacious living/diving room that gets a bunch of light and looks out over Lenox Ave. The kitchen has a bunch of cabinet space, a stove, dishwasher, microwave, nice fridge/freezer. One, fully-functional bathroom. There's also a sweet roof you can get to via a ladder if you possess some agility. Your bedroom gets good light and has a good amount of closet space. Can fit a king-sized bed in the bedroom with plenty of room to spare. The bedrooms face the back of the building, away from Lenox Ave, so the noise level is not bad. Off of the kitchen, there is a new, in-unit washer/dryer setup in a little closet and a bigger storage closet with shelves. What isn't so great about this place? Apartment is on the fourth floor and not handicap-accessible.
