Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking to sublet my room. I have a roommate currently. Looking for a responsible employed, independent individual. Respectful of shared space. I am subletting temporarily for a year, could be longer. Current housemate is an educator late 20's female. What do you love about this place? Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, laundry onsite. Great neighbors. Close to Lake Merritt, shops, restaurants, and bars. What isn't so great about this place? Street parking is available, however depending on the time, can be hard to find a spot.
