Rent is $950/month, utilities are just electric & internet and are about $50/month :) Lots of bars, cafes & restaurants, laundromats, galleries and Cooper Park just around the block. Only a few blocks from the L train. Great space for busy, creative, considerate, and queer. There's a shared bathroom and large common spaces, there are no windows in any of the bed rooms, but the apt really makes up for it :) The apartment stays cool in the summer and there is a backyard with access to a firepit, a grill, woodshed, tools, garden, etc. We are 3 multi-gendered beings in our 20/30s who are friendly and arts oriented looking for a 4th ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Available Oct 1st, month to month (no need to sign a lease, but we prefer a 6-month commitment)
