Room for rent is located at the cross-streets of Troutman and Evergreen. Short walk to the L train, ~25 minutes to 14th station in central lower Manhatten. Gym a block away, grocery store 2 blocks. Famously delicious Archies pizza a block away as well! Available from April 21st to July 5th or so, dates are slightly flexible on both ends. I will be travelling which is why this is a 2 month rent, perfect for people arriving in NYC and need some time to get their feet under them!
