Why are you looking for a renter? I will be moving in with my girlfriend this summer and will not be able to see the end of my lease. What do you love about this place? The view is great, the location of the building is good if you are a fan of restaurants or drinking. There are a few good trivia spots near by. You are a short walk from the Hudson, and a light walk to Chelsea Park. My roommates are great people. What isn't so great about this place? There is no real sense of neighborliness (to be expected of a high rise). For some, that is value neutral, but I find it negative. The laundry is overpriced. The elevators sometimes operate slowly at peak hours (one elevator doubles as passenger/freight).
