Private room in Hoboken, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? My boyfriend and I are moving in together and need to sublet our rooms for the remainder of our lease! What do you love about this place? This apartment is beautiful with up to date appliances, brand new Samsung washer/dryer in unit. I have been in this apartment for 3 years and really love the space. There is a French door in the living room with a nice view of the city. The other room mates are 2 young females who both work in the city. What isn't so great about this place? I honestly love everything about this place, but I should mention there is no elevator in the building.
