Why are you looking for a renter? One of my long time roommates is moving out. What do you love about this place? It is in a great location, me, and my other roommate are all used to sharing space and are considerate of others. the rent is pretty decent for the city. What isn’t so great about this place? There is a sliding door, but not an actual door. The house is older and not modern but other than those things, its a great place. The room available is "converted living room" space. There is a small living room we all share and we have a large kitchen, backyard. We are very close to public transportation: Lines 29, and K stop a couple blocks away and Balboa Bart Station is about a 15-20 minute walk. A little about the roomies: We are in our early 30's and working professionals. We are both responsible, keep common areas clean, and are both very busy. A little about what we need: I am looking for an extremely RESPONSIBLE roommate. You must be able to communicate as much as possible and must be able to clean after yourself and common areas. You also MUST be able to afford the rent (i.e. have a full time job, 2 part time jobs, or show how you will be able to manage the rent). Looking for mature person who wouldn't bring the party back to our place. This is NOT a college party house. Working professional or part time students are welcome. We can only have 1 person in the room, so please do not respond if you are in a couple seeking a room. Logistics: Rent is $1100/month with $200 deposit. Rent includes PG&E, Cable & Wifi. Rent is classified as a short term sublet. Room is available unfurnished. Serious applicants only.
