Shared newly renovated bathroom. This room have a peekabook skyline view at night. The location is approx. 10 min slow walk to the Hilltop park. Parking is on the street Rent is $800/month (6 months contract and afterwards, month to month) Deposit is $800. Rent includes utilities such as water, internet and electricity. Room can be furnished or unfurnished with bed, bed frame and desk (used) if requested. Room has a standard closet and book frame. Living room amenities are shared with house rules. We have an onsite washer/dryer.
