Why are you looking for a renter? About the shared room: The house has 4 bedrooms/2 baths in total on 2 stories. The space for sharing is a private room and a shared bathroom (with 1 person) downstairs. This room is available now. Single occupancy only, no pets and no smoking please. Lease is month to month. Utilities are shared. About us: We are looking to find someone who is respectful, mature and relaxed. We would like to find someone who is genuine and an open communicator. We have a lot of respect for each other and hope to find someone who wants to have a similar relationship with their roommates. We like to keep our home clean, and would appreciate someone who is the same and wouldn't mind pitching in with cleaning here and there, taking out the trash, etc. We are both early risers during the week, so sleep is very important to us :) We are looking for a roommate who is respectful of noise at night. We would not classify ourselves at big partiers, but definitely enjoy grabbing a drink with friends and going to a few bars on the weekend. However, we are not ones to bring the party home and hope you wouldn't either. It would be great if we could all grab the occasional dinner together or relax at home with wine, but we understand everyone has their own lives. We are two females (mid 20-mid 30) that enjoy peace and quiet during the week and love light entertainment on weekends.
