Hi everyone! Renting out my room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment within 8-minute walking distance from Columbia. The apartment is located at 204 W 109th St. I'm moving for work and ideally looking to sublet it for 5-8 months, from 1/1/2020 - 8/31/2020. Longer subleases are preferred. Willing to rent out furnished or unfurnished. $1,100/month with a $500 deposit. My roommates are great roommates, also Columbia graduate students, both male. The apartment has in-unit laundry, a brand new stove and brand new washer/dryer machine, just installed last month. My room has a Queen-sized bed, storage drawers, a closet, and a rolling garment rack. Please reach out if interested!
