Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in the Crown Heights / Bed Stuy area. This apartment is great and the roommates are even greater. I am moving because I want to live by myself and I want to live closer to my work for commuting. The apartment is conveniently located at a 5 minute walk from the Nostrand Ave AC line, and only 15 minutes away from the 2,3,4 and G trains. Rent is $933 a month, with about $60-$100 for utilities. You will be taking over my lease, which ends August 31, 2020. Your roommates will be two twenty something year old professionals and a 25lb mix breed dog. The house vibe is pretty chill on the weekdays, and sometimes social sometimes out of town on the weekends. LGBT friendly Also has roof access and in building laundry! You are ready to move in ASAP!
