Private room in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

We are looking for someone to sublet our free room for one month during the summer while we are travelling. Ideally, the renter is a full-time student or working professional who needs a temporary place. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, comprised of beautiful walk-up apartments. Our building is very clean and well maintained, close to several grocery stores. Walking distance to great nightlife in Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights. We are also super close to the subway (C line, Kingston-Throop stop 2 minute walk away) which takes you to Manhattan in 25 minutes. We have central heating and AC. The photos posted show the apartment either before we moved in, or slightly afterwards with minimal furniture - we will get more up-to-date photos posted soon.
