Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and financially stable. Preferably someone between the ages of 25 and 40. What do you love about this place? The best thing is that it is quiet at night. I also love how close it is to the Fulton subway station, South Street Seaport, Battery Park, and Stone Street. All of these places are a walk away. There are also multiple grocery stores nearby to choose from. What isn't so great about this place? FiDi can seem a little dead at night, and it's hard to order food from a restaurant after 10PM without getting delivery. However, FiDi is slowly becoming a more active neighborhood.
