Moving back to Cleveland, OH for a job opportunity and looking for a female roommate to sign lease over to. Earliest available move-in is April 15th but May 1st will work as well and then finish out the lease until September 1st at which point you can resign lease or move out. Upfront cost would be a security deposit (1.5 months rent) and first month's rent. Normally utilities cost is about $40 per person a month and $50 for cable/wifi. Apartment is a beautiful 3 bedroom with 2 baths, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning. Room has it's own closet and two windows. Located in Uptown Hoboken, it is only a short walk from bus to Port Authority in the city and PATH trains. Roommates are very nice and respectful women in their mid-20s and are looking for someone who would be respectful and friendly. In addition to room. I am selling the bed and couch that are seen in photo. Looking for $250 for both combined. Bed is new and is very clean, with removable mattress cover.
