Private room in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I have lived here with a good friend for years and that person just moved out to leave nyc so I have a furnished room in my huge bk apt . I'm a female in my 30's with an active social life and appreciate a good joke and a tidy roommate. It is for rent immediately until the end of may. It can be rented for a month only or all three monts. I am flexible on that. What do you love about this place? Everything. It has been the best part of my NY experience. It is actually a true colonial house. It is the best spot in Bushwick because it is a few min walk to all the trendy stuff but the house itself is nestled on a tree lined quiet street. Best of both worlds. We have a front yard, back yard, porch, dishwasher, huge windows and tons of sun. Mainly its a very warm, welcoming and friendly vibe in a place that I feel is my home rather than my nyc apt. I have two small sweet dogs who would love to make you feel at home. It is a 4 min walk to the L and a 10 min walk to the M. There is also an express buss literally at my corner that cuts through a lot of great other bk spots (bed stuy, ft green and all the way down to downtown bk). It's set back from the lawn so its quiet and private. What isn't so great about this place? having a house can be more work than living in one of those giant new buildings I guess. It's so big that its expensive to heat. But in this case, utilities will be included.
