We are a couple of filmmakers in our 20’s subletting a room in one of the best places to live in New York: the East Village. Located in East 6th Street, between 2nd & 3rd Ave, it’s the perfect location to be at. We are only 3 blocks away from Astor Place (6 train), 5 blocks away from 8 St - NYU (Q,R,W trains), and 6 blocks away from 2 Avenue Station (F train), and there’s a bus stop (M101, M103) one block away. We are 10 minutes away from Washington Square Park and 11 minutes away from Union Square, both walking distance. There are a lot of bars and restaurant around our apartment.
