Private room in Oakland Ave - Harrison St, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm working in New York for a while and need a temporary tenant until I'm back around September this year. The whole apt is a 900 sq ft, two bedroom & 1 bath unit, and the other room is occupied by a male tenant (in his 20's) through the end of July 2019. The available room is not furnished, but the living room is furnished and the kitchen is pretty stocked with appliances and dishes. The bed pictured is a queen. What do you love about this place? It's in a convenient location between Pill Hill and Adam's Point. It's a nice room in a 4-unit building. - Free laundry in the basement. - Convenient location within walking distance of Sprouts, Grocery Outlet, Whole Foods, CVS. - About 20 min walk to 19th St bart station. - Within walking distance to Lake Merritt. What isn't so great about this place? Street parking is difficult.
