We are two professional guys just got a cozy and nice apartment which we are setting up. 2 bed/2 bath with huge living room, dining, kitchen and medium size balcony. We have availble the master room with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The apartment located off La Cienega and 405 freeway close to Ladera Center, Westfield Mall and LAX, in very quite area. the bulding is safe and has private access. Utilities: include internet, gas, electric and professional cleaner once a month split between the roommates, plus deposit same amount with the rent.
