Room Sublease in a 3br 1ba in Washington Heights on 820 West 180th street, Manhattan. It's on a 5th floor walkup - unfurnished, very spacious with two closets and plenty of natural light. The apartment is 5 mins away by walk from the A express in 181st street station so you can get to Downtown in about 30 mins, Columbia in 15-20 mins + lots of delis, restaurants and laundromats in a bustling neighbourhood. It's 950 dollars/month + utilities split three ways so your share would likely be 50-60 dollars. (electricity, wi-fi, gas, heat) You'll be living with two women in their 20s who just graduated and usually super busy but are really nice when they're around. Looking for only a female roommate who doesn't have pets, doesn't smoke, who's clean, quiet and respectful. The sublet agreement would be between you and me and you'll be paying the rent + utilities to me since I am on the lease. A security deposit in addition to one month's rent will be required. Move in date for FEB 1 2020
