Entire place in Hoboken, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? My job has become virtual, so I will be traveling and working remotely for a few months. What do you love about this place? This apt is huge, clean, & super close to the PATH train (an 8min ride into Manhattan). Fantastic neighborhood located amidst dozens of great bars, restaurants, parks, and running/ biking paths. The apartment also has a great common courtyard with grills and picnic tables. What isn't so great about this place? Doesn't look that great from the outside, but looks can be deceiving! It's a real gem when you come inside.
