We are two young professionals searching for a third roommate, as our current one will soon be relocating out of state for work. One roommate, 31, is a Chemist who loves her cat, hedgehog, craft beer, crocheting, and listening to murder podcasts. The other roommate, 30, is a Behavior Analyst who too, loves her cat, cooking, going to concerts, and finding new fun things to do around the city. We both enjoy our personal space, but occasionally gather in the living room to drink wine and watch a new movie on Netflix or catch up on an episode of The Challenge. We're fairly quiet during the week, but enjoy going out to eat or get a beer on weekends. The room up for grabs is the largest in the apartment, big enough to fit a queen or king size bed, dresser, vanity, desk, and honestly anything else you can think of throwing in a bedroom with plenty of space to spare! The apartment includes: -3 Bedrooms -1 Bathroom -Living Room -Walk-through pantry -Kitchen with dishwasher The house includes: -Three floors: the downstairs neighbors are incredibly friendly, and the upstairs unit is currently vacant -Multiple front and back porches -Backyard -Free laundry in the basement Location: -Oak Square in Brighton -Quiet residential street with park across the way and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the Y -Off the beaten path from the Green Line, but multiple bus stops nearby, including the 64 stop right outside Rent: -$900/month -Potential to sign a new lease for September 2019-August 2020 Utilities: -Average anywhere between $40-$80 a month depending on the season The room is available as early as December 1st, so if interested, please email us with a little bit about yourself!
