Apartment also includes full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and balcony. The building has a full gym and pool and is close to all major freeways while also walking distance from the North Hollywood Metro station. Roommates work in various parts of the music industry. Will have to coordinate parking spaces with roommates. Length of stay until the end of December or January. New tenant will share a room and a bathroom with a male.
