Entire place in Northwest Washington, DC

Why are you looking for a renter? I will be traveling for 3 months this summer to SE Asia. I am looking for someone to take over my lease either for while I’m away or until January 2020. The apartment is fully furnished but can be removed if requested. What do you love about this place? I love the windows and the location. A car isn’t necessary. You can walk to Shaw Metro Station, Mount Vernon, and tons of local bars like Dacha and all of U st. What isn't so great about this place? There is not washer and dryer in unit. There are coin operated machines on the first floor of the building or a short walk to the local laundry mat. There is street parking for free.
