Why are you looking for a renter? Us: Two professional females in 30s, clean, responsible, decent humans who are active in their communities. Our third roommate recently moved in with her significant other so one bedroom has opened up! We are looking for a roommate (preferably female) from June-Aug, with the option to renew and take over the entire 3 bedroom apartment in August . What do you love about this place? The place: One bedroom unfurnished room in a 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood between N/W train (Astoria Blvd stop) and Astoria Park. Within walking distance of great food, bars, laundry, groceries and shopping. Heat and water included. Utilities (internet, electricity, household cleaning supplies) no more than $80/month. First month's rent and security ($1,000) required at move in. Short or long term commitment (2+ months minimum). Roommate needed until Aug 1st with the option to take over the entire apartment/lease indefinitely.
