Private room in Central LA, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? One bedroom available in my 2bd/2ba apartment for the entire month of June, potentially a little bit beyond. My roommate is moving out and I have a friend who wants to move in July, and need a roommate in the meantime. What do you love about this place? It's only a block away from the stretch of shops and restaurants including La Poubelle and The Oaks Gourmet, but far enough away that it's quiet and chill. People who live in this community tend to stay here since it has a very local and safe feel. Shoot me an email if interested! What isn’t so great about this place? The building is not a new luxury building by any means. It was built roughly in the 60's, much like a lot of apartments in Hollywood....that's about it. I love pretty much everything about it.
