Private room in South Los Angeles, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Roommate and I will be working in the Bay Area over the summer and are looking for people to sublease from mid May until mid-August. One of our apartment mates will be living in the other room over the summer. The room can either be rented as a single private room or it will also work as a double. Just let us know what you are interested in. What do you love about this place? The apartment is a 15 minute walk from campus and only a 3 minute walk from Ralph's(grocery store). This place is a lot cheaper than other furnished apartments in the area. What isn't so great about this place? The walls are a bit thin, but we've never had a problem with noise from neighbors.
