Private room in Manhattan, NY

This is a single room in a three bedroom/one bath apartment. You will be living with two females in their 20s, both of whom need to meet applicants in person first. Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving from NY at the end of the spring semester, and am looking for someone to take over my lease, or sublease until September, with the option to takeover. What do you love about this place? It's a really nice apartment with three bedrooms and one bathroom - in the middle of Washington Heights. You can't get a price like this elsewhere and still stay in Manhattan. The unit is on the second floor of a five story walk-up, and is super close to a bunch of great restaurants. There's a great grocery store two blocks away, the 1 train is one block away, and the C train is only three, and you can be at Times Square in 25 minutes. There's a reasonably priced laundromat around the corner. Also, there's a dishwasher! There are hardwood floors throughout, and marble countertops in the kitchen, tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The living room is HUGE. The bedroom fits a full size bed, a dresser, shelf and clothing rack. This is perfect for someone spending the summer in NY. What isn't so great about this place? The bedroom is small, and there isn't a closet, but I've been using a double-rod standing wardrobe from Amazon and it has been perfect. You'll need to get a window unit A/C which the landlord can help with.
