Why are you looking for a renter? I am currently expecting and need to sublet my room out fast by June 1st! What do you love about this place? Has a cheap laundry room in the basement, great roommates (everyone works or goes to school), Area is surrounded by a lot of restaurants, 3 and 4 train just one block up. Has Video & Voice Intercom which makes it easy to see who is ringing the doorbell. What isn't so great about this place? Only one bathroom between 5 roommates (but its kept clean) UTILITIES NOT INCLUDED( Around 30-40/month) Room is Newly Renovated! Renovated in February! (New Paint, Door, Floor, and Radiator)
